PROFESSIONAL EXPERIENCE
Marketing
- Wrote marketing plan for a craft brewery outlining new strategies for its packaging, products, web site and customer mailings
- Conducted 50 in-store customer satisfaction interviews at two Home Depot locations
- Assisted with focus groups about Lasik surgery advertising, compiling impressions from both participants and agency representatives
- Compiled responses and wrote report for on-line focus group about clothing sales for a Midwestern retailer
- Helped establish a model for analyzing the results of a marketing survey regarding television viewing habits
- Completed a $350 million proposal for Ford Motor Company to overhaul its parts distribution network under a two week deadline, and a $150 million proposal for Xerox to streamline its small parts inventory management
- Proofread between 10 and 20 semiconductor datasheets per day under tight deadlines dictated by component release dates
- Negotiated the dynamics of a post-merger corporate culture of a cellular phone provider to develop new call center procedures and integrate existing training materials into new “Cingular” format

- Seven years of professional brewing experience in both brew-pub and production breweries on systems from 7 to 50 bbl brew-houses
- Managed production planning, contract brewing, and QA for 2,000 bbl/year brewery, while increasing brew-house efficiency to 92% yield
